The A&R Academy, led by Punch Records and Rich Castillo, is an intensive 6 week programme designed to discover and develop the next generation of music industry talent across the UK.

Over eight weeks, you'll gain hands-on experience through exclusive workshops, networking events, guest speakers, artist development sessions, and direct access to industry professionals. You'll learn what it takes to spot talent, build artist careers, and navigate the fast moving world of A&R and label operations.

The A&R Academy is open to aspiring music industry professionals aged 18–30 from across the UK. We're looking for people who are passionate about music, culture and talent discovery.
